Data is used to run certificate checks, show certificate history, deliver alerts, process billing, prevent abuse, support accounts, and improve the product experience.
Domain Trust Watch uses first-party conversion analytics for public signup paths, pricing CTAs, docs CTAs, blog-to-tool clicks, and anonymous checker runs. Google Analytics is used to understand aggregate usage across the public website and dashboard pages, and may set analytics cookies or receive browser and device data under Google's terms.
Cloudflare hosts public and app surfaces and provides Turnstile abuse checks, Stripe processes paid subscriptions, Resend sends product email, Google Analytics measures aggregate usage, and infrastructure providers host the API, worker, and database.
Account deletion removes the user account and active access when the account is eligible to delete. Sole-owner workspaces are removed with their monitor data. Owner deletion is blocked while the workspace still has teammates; non-owner teammate deletion can leave shared workspace monitor data and audit records for workspace continuity, billing, security, audit, or abuse-prevention.
